Incredibly helpful staff. The fantastic shower was the highlight of our stay, refreshing after exploring the wonderful vicinity.

Unfortunately, the room we booked didn't match our expectations, and the lack of attention to essential details was hard to ignore.

Needs improvement

The hotel is situated in a street where cars are not allowed. The hotel is newly furnished and very "design", but I wonder how the rooms will be in half a year as they are not really foreseen on intensive use in my opinion.

Big hype, little substance

Great location but a letdown overall. The shower was dirty, the room décor outdated and cramped for the price. Staff seemed indifferent, and despite clean rooms, the amenities, including stained towels, disappointed. It's difficult to overlook these issues when the hotel charges premium prices.

The hotel was nice and clean with a great location.

Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem to enjoy having guests. The reception area felt cold, as they rarely greeted you. Breakfast service was subpar, with the staff often preoccupied with their phones instead of attending to guests.

We enjoyed relaxing in the cozy courtyard while being lulled by cicadas. The morning breakfast was well organized, and we appreciated the warm welcome from the lovely staff, especially Carla, who was ever so helpful throughout our stay.

My children wished for a mini fridge for drinks.

We enjoyed the fantastic shower after long days. The location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. Perfect. Note that breakfast had limited choices, so plan accordingly!

Our room could have used a mini fridge to keep drinks cool. It was inconvenient not having access to some water in the room.
